"No doubt about it: my business is small compared to those of most winemakers.
And I consider that to be a benefit since I mostly cultivate local grape varieties that
need intensive care.
Getting the grape in the bottle as undamaged as possible is my main goal.
This presents a challenge which I tackle by personally supervising every step
of the production – from the vintage with small trays to the manual selection
of every grape.
Thus I manage to do justice not only to the terroir of every variety but also to
my clients’ expectations."
